Return and Refund Policy

Standard Products

Customers in Egypt may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving a standard product, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and statutory exceptions.

The product must be returned complete, with all parts, instructions, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Opening the package or assembling the product does not automatically disqualify it from return. However, the product must not have missing pieces, damage, modification, glue, paint, or signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect or assemble it.

The original packaging should be included whenever available.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is defective, damaged before delivery, or different from the confirmed order, please contact NADNESS with the order details and clear photographs.

Customers in Egypt may request a replacement, return, or refund for a defective product within 30 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom resin 3D prints, hand-painted figures, personalized items, and products manufactured according to specifications selected by the customer are not eligible for change-of-mind returns when they conform to the approved specifications.

This exception does not apply if the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the specifications confirmed with NADNESS.

Order Cancellations

Standard in-stock orders may be cancelled before shipping. Custom or made-to-order projects might not be cancellable after production, printing, painting, or material preparation has started. Any applicable cancellation conditions will be communicated before confirming the project.

How to Request a Return

Before returning any product, contact NADNESS through email or WhatsApp and provide:

  • Your name and order details

  • The reason for the return or exchange

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the original packaging when relevant

Do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from NADNESS.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. The customer will be informed when the returned item has been received and reviewed.

International Orders

International customers may have additional mandatory rights under the laws of their country. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
