NADNESS delivers throughout Egypt and accepts international shipping requests where courier service is available.

Orders and Shipping Quotes

Orders are confirmed through WhatsApp. Shipping availability, cost, method, and estimated delivery time are calculated according to the destination, parcel size, weight, and product type. These details are confirmed with the customer before the order is finalized.

Processing Times

In-stock products are prepared after order confirmation. Made-to-order items and custom resin 3D printing projects require additional production time. The expected production time will be communicated and approved before confirming the order.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur because of courier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery information.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local fees charged by their destination country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price unless confirmed otherwise in writing.

Address and Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate recipient name, phone number, country, city, postal code, and delivery address. Additional delivery fees caused by incorrect information or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.

Damaged, Delayed, or Missing Orders

If an order arrives damaged, delayed, or incomplete, please contact NADNESS as soon as possible and provide the order details, photographs of the item, and photographs of the original packaging.
