This website is operated by NADNESS. By accessing the website, browsing products, or placing an order request through the website or WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and Information

NADNESS makes reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, specifications, and photographs accurately. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, manufacturing variations, hand finishing, photography, or measurement methods.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information, prices, or availability when necessary.

Order Confirmation

Submitting an order request, adding products to an order, or contacting NADNESS through WhatsApp does not automatically create a confirmed order.

An order becomes confirmed only after NADNESS confirms product availability, quantity, total price, shipping cost, estimated delivery time, and payment arrangements with the customer.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds unless stated otherwise. International order prices, shipping fees, and the agreed payment currency will be confirmed before the order is finalized.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their destination country unless confirmed otherwise in writing.

Product Availability

Product availability may change without notice. If a confirmed product becomes unavailable, NADNESS will contact the customer to offer an alternative, a revised delivery date, or a refund of any amount already paid for the unavailable product.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

For custom resin 3D printing, hand painting, personalized products, or made-to-order projects, the customer is responsible for confirming the requested design, dimensions, scale, colors, references, and specifications before production begins.

Handmade and hand-painted products may contain minor variations that are part of the production process and are not considered defects when the final item reasonably matches the approved specifications.

Customers must have the legal right to use any images, designs, characters, files, trademarks, or other materials supplied to NADNESS.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy published on this website.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with website operation, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the NADNESS name, branding, website design, original images, written content, and original artwork are owned by or licensed to NADNESS and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the applicable laws of Egypt or the customer’s country.
